4.5 Failed Deposits. If a deposit is debited from your bank account or e-wallet but does not appear in your wbo777 balance within 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting wbo777 support — unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms.

Verbal confirmations or screenshots of a bet slip prior to system confirmation do not constitute an accepted bet.
7.2 Odds and Prices. All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. wbo777 uses a dynamic pricing model for football and sports markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and AFF Cup (Piala AFF). 12.3 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wbo777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Consequential Loss. In no event shall wbo777 be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if wbo777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.1 Termination by the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting wbo777 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to unmet rollover) will be returned to your last verified payment method within 5 business days.
13.2 Termination by wbo777. wbo777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — if:

Where a breach is confirmed, wbo777 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified net balance will be returned to the Player.
14.1 Informal Resolution.
